Sofie Royer - EUROPE 2025

Sofie Fatouretchi Royer is an artist and musician, born in California; half Austrian and Iranian. She studied classical violin at the Vienna Conservatory as a teenager before heading back to America for a job at Los Angeles record label Stones Throw Records. After a successful Boiler Room DJ set for the label in 2012, she also became responsible for growing Boiler Room in the US, managing the project in Los Angeles and working as the company's Creative Director after moving to New York and London. She never gave up her love for playing and composing music herself, and after returning to Vienna, she began working on her own songs to be released on Stones Throw Records - her self-produced solo debut, Cult Survivor, was released on the label on June 26, 2020, and her second album, Harlequin, on September 23, 2022.
