SOMMERFEST IM OCKA

In the organizer's words:

Before Café Ocka goes on summer break, the FLINTA* collective invites you once again to a relaxed summer party in the backyard. On Sunday, August 3, you can look forward to a varied daytime program that combines community, culture and culinary delights.

The flea market starts at 12 noon - if you would like to take part with your own stall, you can register by email at ocka@posteo.de. Between 2 and 4 p.m., DJ sets will provide the perfect soundtrack for browsing, networking and lingering. There will be a special highlight at 4 pm: drag artist Luke Kaos will bring queer visibility and creative power to the small stage with a rousing performance.

From 6 p.m., we will eat together - the Küfa (kitchen for all) will be serving delicious food on a donation basis. DJs will once again bring the evening to a close with relaxed sounds. As always, drinks will be available at the bar - organized in solidarity and collectively.

The Ocka sees itself as a self-managed place for political, cultural and social encounters. The summer festival is open to everyone - and invites you to celebrate, discuss and enjoy together.
