Sommerfestival der Kulturen

In the organizer's words:

The Summer Festival of Cultures is the largest world music festival in southern Germany. For six days, there will be dancing, partying and feasting in Stuttgart.

From Tuesday, July 15 to Sunday, July 20, 2025 , it's that time again: rousing, globally acclaimed acts and Stuttgart greats will fill the market square and the surrounding streets with great sounds that will put you in a good mood. Look forward to being thrilled and entertained!

As every year, admission is free!

Stage program

6 p.m.: Yagody present energetic melodies and themes from their home country Ukraine and neighboring countries in a rousing performance.

8.15 pm: Calle Mambo from Chile combines indigenous sounds from the Andes with Afrobeats, driving hip-hop and reggae sounds, synthesizers and chants as well as electronic fusions.

Supporting program

As always, around 60 Stuttgart-based (post-)migrant organizations and initiatives will alternate between serving you the finest street food and providing information about themselves and their work. The food stalls will extend as far as Hirschstraße, Kirchstraße and Münzstraße. At the Market of Cultures, which also extends into the side streets of the market square, there are stalls selling arts and crafts, jewelry, spices and much more.

And we will of course keep you up to date with everything else - what the children's program will look like, when which band will be playing, when which club will be where on the festival grounds and what other supporting program there will be - on our festival website and on our social media channels Facebook and Instagram!
