In the organizer's words:

Kunstraum IDEAL cordially invites you to a summer cinema at the memorial as part of the exhibition 2 Tonnen Kalkstein.

At the center of "2 tons of limestone" is a soldier's memorial from 1926, which is located near the Kunstraum IDEAL on Neustädter Markt. With the exhibition, we want to get people from the neighborhood talking about the war memorial, because today the memorial is the scene of numerous graffiti and controversial debates.

With a program of discussion rounds and cinema evenings, the project pursues the question of how to deal with the memorial in our district in the future.
