Children and young people make music together with the Duisburg Philharmonic Orchestra

With 55 young singers, the Children's Choir on the Rhine performs in numerous opera productions on the main stages of the Düsseldorf Opera House and Duisburg Theatre; in the 2025/2026 season, it can be seen in the operas "Turandot" and "Tosca" by Giacomo Puccini and as a polyphonic Pinocchio collective in the family opera "Pinocchio" by Marius Schötz and Marthe Meinhold. The youngest voices of the Deutsche Oper am Rhein have also arranged a musical summer party with an ensemble from the Duisburg Philharmonic Orchestra! With songs from all over the world, sacred works and pop melodies, the Children's Choir on the Rhine will perform a Sunday concert for the whole family.
