A lovingly told romantic comedy about a magical attraction that is wonderfully different. BIRN CUPS WITH LAVENDEREL takes us into a world full of little wonders - filled with the scent of pears from Provence.

Sometimes a small accident can be an unexpected stroke of luck. Louise lives on a pear farm in Provence and has been growing pears since the death of her husband. But the bank wants the loan back, the buyers doubt her competence and then she runs over a stranger in front of her house. Pierre, as the injured man is called, seems somehow different. He is damn tidy, strikingly honest, a loner who loves to quote prime numbers. The sensitive man blossoms in Louise's presence, helps her more badly than well with the sale of her delicious pear tarts at the market and has the feeling that he has found something he didn't think he was missing: a home. And so Pierre wants to move in straight away. Louise tries to keep him out of her life and her broken heart. But Pierre is not so easy to shake off. He also seems to be running away from something. Louise's life is miraculously turned upside down and yet this little happiness threatens to slip away again.
