Sonnenbeobachtung

In the organizer's words:

We observe our sun together with you.
Powerful filters allow a safe view of the sun.

We will show you the dark spots and huge gas eruptions.

The observation takes place in dry weather (even if it is cloudy). If clouds prevent you from observing the sun, you will still have a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape of the Bergisches Land and the Rhine plain between Bonn and Duisburg as far as the Siebengebirge and the northern edge of the Eifel.

Observation is not possible in rain, fog, snow or thunderstorms, so the observatory remains closed.

No previous knowledge is required. Free admission.
