The longest day of the year is just around the corner - and with it the perfect opportunity to pause, get creative and welcome summer with your hands. That's why we cordially invite you to our very special summer special "Solstice & Pottery" at Mikku Keramik on June 21. In the midst of clay, the balmy backyard and summery lightness, we will celebrate the start of the warm season together - with your pottery course in Berlin.

The summer solstice is an ancient festival. It is a moment in the year that symbolizes light, life and growth. So why not celebrate exactly what our hands can create? When shaping clay, we experience the connection between earth, water and fire very directly. It's almost magical how a bowl, mug or other unique creative item can be created from an inconspicuous lump of clay with a little patience. Our summer special "Solstice & Pottery" picks up right here: With an open, heartfelt course for anyone who is in the mood for creativity, a summer atmosphere and a new experience.

What you can expect

Introduction to pottery with plaster molds: Don't worry, you don't need any previous experience. We will show you step by step how to work with clay, prepare it and finally shape it. The result is a bowl or a mug or simply a unique organic piece that will remind you of this special day. You will usually create two pieces in the session, which we will then glaze for you.

Welcome Prosecco & nibbles: In addition to sound, you'll get a welcome prosecco, music from the iPad, small nibbles and a friendly get-together.

Repeat guarantee: If something breaks, you can make your pottery again free of charge in the free workshop.
