Sound Bath "Sound & Silence"

When it gets really quiet inside you - what is your inner voice telling you?
This sound bath session gives you deep relaxation and inner clarity.

The sound journey sharpens your senses and opens up a space in which you can perceive yourself better. Harmonious sounds from high-quality crystal singing bowls and other sound medicine instruments calm your nervous system; you can come into yourself and your body and strengthen your connection to yourself. You can meet yourself in a protected environment. Who are you really? And what qualities would you like to invite more of into your life?

Find silence and yourself through sound

"Sound & Silence" is Annika's signature journey and your deep dive into your subconscious. Many people find it difficult to stop the carousel of thoughts in their heads and go from 100 to 0 in a short space of time. That's why we start this longer format with two embodiment exercises to get from the head into the body.

We activate the vagus nerve, which is responsible for the parasympathetic nervous system and therefore for relaxation. This preparation allows the subsequent sounds to work better and take us to deeper levels of relaxation. In this longer session, we also have a little more time to work more actively with our subconscious and influence it positively.

NOTES

Admission is 10 minutes before the session and in the interest of all participants we start on time. After the start of the Sound Bath, admission is no longer possible. I ask for your understanding.

A sound bath is not recommended in the first three months of pregnancy (or in the last 4 weeks) or if you have recently implanted pacemakers or hip joints. If you suffer from epilepsy or other illnesses, please speak to your doctor before taking part in a sound bath.
