Active meditation experience to join in with DJ

Experience a combination of movement, sound and meditation! This session offers a unique blend of active movement meditation by Flying Carpet and a profound sound journey by Natalie Novak.

Through dynamic techniques and immersive soundscapes, participants can harmonize body and mind and discover new levels of relaxation and mindfulness.

This active, powerful meditation carries the participants through recurring phases of shaking, jumping and dancing, which alternate with phases of breathing. The breathing phases focus on Yin on the one hand and Yang on the other, in order to connect light and shadow and bring both into balance.

Procedure/Program
from 19:00 Arrival/drink tea
19:15 - 20:45 Sound movement meditation
from 20:45 Winding down / chill out

All Flying Carpet meditations begin with a (yoga) warm-up and end with Shavasana. Flying Carpet serves tea before and after the meditation. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and water. Comfortable clothing is advantageous.

Natalie Novak is part of the Hamburg DJ team RSS Disco and also runs the Mireia Records label in this constellation. Solo at the console, she shows her passion for dub techno and percussive house - from rough to uplifting. Let your body take control! On this foundation and with her desire for musical expeditions, she will invite you on a short meditative excursion together with Flying Carpet.
