What does sound/voice healing mean? ✨

Sound/voice healing means healing with sounds. It is an ancient technique that some cultures already knew thousands of years ago. There is a primal state in which everything feels like it is flowing, in which you are connected with yourself and the cosmos, in harmony and in tune. A deeply relaxed state.

What do sounds do to us? Do you know the principle of hermetics? "The principle of vibration", based on the "principle of resonance". There are special frequencies, even in music. Our body doesn't just consist of a single frequency, each system and our organs have their own individual frequency. Everything in our body vibrates at its own frequency. When we are in a healthy and natural state, they are perfectly tuned to each other.

Through Sound Voice Healing, harmony is restored in the body where disharmony exists. It therefore supports health, well-being and the healing process. Our body has an enormous, powerful intelligence. In such a sound bath, we can allow the body to completely let go and relax and engage with the sounds. As we are made up of over 70 percent water, it is ideal for getting everything moving and vibrating within us. You don't have to be ill to do this! It is also used for relaxation. Here you can bring your nervous system into balance. Through the body, right down to our cells. It is not only transported via the ears, but also via the skin. With the sounds, it is primarily via the brain/brain waves, from the beta state into the alpha, theta state, and sometimes also into the delta state. They are brought down in the slower areas. In this state, the self-healing powers are more activated. A floating state is created.

You can experience relaxation for 2 hours, wear something comfortable and bring a small pillow for your head. You are also welcome to bring a bottle of water.
