On January 28, we invite you to start February with fresh energy. In this special session, we combine BreathWork and SoundBath to bring your body, mind and soul into balance.

Take the opportunity to look deeper, release blockages and gain clarity. Find space for new intentions and experience how positive energy unfolds within you.

An evening for anyone who wants to connect with themselves and start the coming weeks with renewed energy. Be part of it!

BreathWork

In a protected and held space, accompanied by a powerful music set, you can use your breath as a TooI for about 40 minutes to recharge your batteries, release blockages or simply relax.
Breathwork allows us to come into our own power and let go of negative thoughts and feelings.

SoundBath

After the Breathwork, a 35-minute sound bath awaits you, allowing you to immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls. Feel the vibrations that go deep into the nervous system, release blockages and rebalance your chakras.
Let the harmonizing sounds flow through your body, come back to yourself and feel how stress falls away and peace returns. This experience not only regenerates you physically, but also energetically.

The crystal singing bowls made of quartz, gemstones and metals help you to balance your energy and promote:

All you need is a water bottle, warm & comfortable clothes, a blindfold and a warm blanket

Prepayment - As soon as you have registered you will receive a message a few days before the event with all the information about the session

Cancellation policy
-Cancellation up to 3 days before = money back or optional voucher
-Cancellation less than 3 days before = voucher for a future Breathwork & Soundbath session of your choice in Bornheim
-no show or cancellation at too short notice, no refund/no voucher
