Spatial Audio Listening Session (SALS)

In the organizer's words:

The ligeti center, the Association of German Sound Engineers (VDT) and the Student Section of the Audio Engineering Section (AES) invite you to the Spatial Audio Listening Session (SALS).

In this two-hour format, multi-channel audio productions of various formats and genres will be presented, curated and moderated. Between the pieces, participants are invited to discuss what they have heard over a cold drink. After the program, there will still be the opportunity for an open exchange with pleasant background music.

There will be multi-channel pieces in various formats, from quadraphonic to octophonic, channel-based pieces and ambisonics.
We will be able to talk about the formats and delve deeper into the subject matter - no prior knowledge required.
