𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 are the black metal band of the moment, inspiring old-school metalheads and fans of modern trends alike. With their latest album "Songs Of Blood & Mire" and 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐮𝐫𝐦𝐮𝐮𝐫 as support, the Canadians are going on a big tour and will enter SO36 in Berlin on 23.04.2025.

𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 formed in Montreal, Quebec in 2014 as a vessel of self-abnegation and existential dread, blending the raw fury of traditional black metal with the melodic sensibilities of Finnish and Quebec BM. After developing their sound on 2015's "TerraNullius" (Arcane Angels) and 2018's "Infernal Decadence" (Vendetta), the band joined Profound Lore Records and released "A Diabolic Thirst" in 2021, another distillation of the ferocity and towering melancholy that defines Spectral Wound. In 2024, the long-awaited follow-up "Songs Of Blood & Mire" will be released and Spectral Wound will no doubt take the next step in their career!

Few artists in the recent past have swept through the dark underground with the same enthusiasm as 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐮𝐫𝐦𝐮𝐮𝐫 since their first appearance with a series of demos in 2019. Despite the project's quick rise to fame, little is known about the band other than the project hails from Los Angeles, California and is led by an enigmatic man named M. There's no shortage of raw black metal projects around the world, but the way M. approaches the genre puts Lamp of Murmuur on a different path than many of his contemporaries. Originally, the band was a fairly orthodox one-man operation, but it soon became clear that behind the ghastly fog of rabid riffs and menacing synthesizers was a much more complex and enigmatic beast dancing behind a veil of shadows. After the gothic explorations of "Heir of Ecliptical Romanticism" (2020) and "Submission and Slavery" (2021), the project attempts to redefine itself once again with "Saturnian Bloodstorm".
