3rd Bremerhaven Bulky Goods Market on Ernst-Reuter-Platz: swap, hand in, take away - for more sustainability

The Climate Protection Workshop cordially invites all interested parties to the Bulky Goods Market on Friday, August 30, 2025. From 12 noon to 4 p.m., Ernst-Reuter-Platz will be transformed into a marketplace for sustainability, sharing and recycling.

At the bulky goods market, household items in good condition can be handed in, exchanged or simply taken away free of charge - all in the spirit of a resource-conserving circular economy. The only requirement is that the items must be intact and in working order. Electrical appliances are excluded from exchange and return.

If required, the climate protection workshop will provide free cargo bikes from the free cargo bike initiative to assist with the delivery and collection of items.

With this campaign, the Climate Protection Workshop wants to set an example for conscious consumption and active climate protection. Come along, bring along things that are in good condition - or discover new treasures for your home yourself!
