More than words. More than a lecture. A journey into the soul of African languages.

Africa speaks - in over 1,500 languages within the Niger-Congo language family alone. It is the largest of its kind in the world - and yet largely unknown outside the continent.

We want to change that. On August 27, 2025, we cordially invite you to an evening that will permanently change your view of language and culture.

A compact, lively lecture will take you into the fascinating world of the Niger-Congo languages - from Kiswahili to Yoruba, from Zulu to Wolof.

But it is about much more than words:

- Language becomes song.
- Proverbs become wisdom.
- Stories become cultural DNA.
- Clothing, rituals and symbols tell of identity and worldview.

You will experience how language not only communicates, but also connects - across generations, borders and belief systems.
