Springmaus, Germany's best-known improvisational theater group, has been touring throughout Germany with various live programs since 1982.
Successful comedians and cabaret artists such as Dirk Bach, Bernhard Hoëcker, Tetje Mierendorf and Ralf Schmitz began their careers as members of the Springmaus ensemble.
There are two kinds of colleagues at work. There are those who blatantly eat other people's yoghurt from the communal kitchen fridge. And the others who are happy to help and are always there for you, over and over again, even when no help is needed and you would rather work in peace.
So there are the annoying ones and the even more annoying ones. And not to mention the boss...
But Article 1 of the Basic Law also applies in the workplace: "Human dignity is inviolable." Even if your colleague shuns work like a vegan shuns meat.
Or do they exist? The colleagues you enjoy working with, the ones you look forward to seeing even on a Monday morning because you get on so well with them? If this is the case, there is danger from another side, namely a violation of the supreme unwritten law of the workplace: "Never fuck the company!"
In their new program, the Springmäuse explore these very ups and downs of the working world. Whether as tradesmen or firefighters, whether in the office or on the building site, they remain one thing above all: "TOTALLY COLLEGIAL!"
