There is almost no one in the German indie scene who has never heard of the 31-year-old German-Dane, who lives in Berlin. For him, the search for his own sound world has proven successful, which can be clearly heard at concerts and on record. In 2024, Jesper Munk got off to a fresh start, performing classics such as "Morning Coffee", "Clean", "Shakespeare And Heartbreak" and "Courage For Love". He can look back on a total of 40,000 records sold.

Jesper Munk has also recorded a new album. After the highly acclaimed cover album "Taped Heart Sounds", this time with his own song material. "YESTERDAZE" will be released in October 2024 with its delicate lo-fi to hi-fi production, which warms the soul and heart of every indie aficionado and which Jesper Munk took into his own hands this time. A colorful crooner bouquet somewhere between jazz and new wave, chanson, balladesque blues and lots of soul. He was once again supported by The Cassette Heads, who will also accompany him live on tour.
