In the organizer's words:

Heilbronn's market square will be transformed into a cozy reading room from July 17 to 20 . Every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., you can chill out here after a delicious meal or a successful day of shopping.

Beanbags, lounge furniture, comfortable hammocks and book towers with 3,000 titles offer everything you need for a relaxing yet stimulating break in the middle of the city center. Sunshades provide shade during the day and warm blankets are available for the evening.

In the Readers' Corner, a small open stage, you can also read from your favorite book or your own work by appointment. The offer is aimed at all age groups. All genres are represented.

The mobile outdoor library has been touring German-speaking cities for 15 years. Heilbronn was selected as a reading city for the 3rd time from around 350 nominated cities. The city's organizational partners are Heilbronn Marketing GmbH, Literaturhaus Heilbronn and Heilbronn City Library.
