The District Weeks and Culture Days are cultural festivals that take place every year in various districts of Munich - and have been doing so for more than 45 years!

For the festivals, public squares are festively dressed up, tents are erected, stalls and stands are set up and a varied program is offered. Galleries and studios open their doors to art lovers, sports clubs put on performances and there is music and traditional costumes for those in love with their homeland. The evening program in the large marquee offers theater, music and well-known stars from the cabaret scene. There is a circus and Punch and Judy show for the little ones, dancing and singing for senior citizens and a colorful hands-on program for schoolchildren. A variety of information about clubs and the city districts is available for those interested.
