In the organizer's words:

The singers Stella Tsianios and Stella Morgenstern dedicate their voices to the women of Rembetiko. Together with Lefteris Gioro, a living legend of Greek music, StellaStella have put together an extraordinary repertoire.

In the best Cafe'Aman tradition, they sing old Greek love songs as well as songs about the worries and hardships of ordinary people. The focus is on the female singers of Rembetiko, who courageously raised their voices and had a decisive influence on this music.
