Live Painting-Music-Perfromance

Under the direction of American saxophonist Steve Coleman, "The Beautiful Formula Collective" combines spontaneity, improvisation and rhythm to create an overall auditory and visual art experience.

Steve Coleman is a saxophonist, spontaneous composer, bandleader and music theorist. Since 1994, Steve Coleman has conducted a series of performances and educational residencies in the United States and many other countries (Cuba, India, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Brazil, France) through his non-profit organization M-Base Concepts, Inc. This non-profit organization also operates an online music community website that promotes educational activities through various multimedia formats and interactive media events.
