Stick To Your Guns play hardcore that is as thought-provoking as it is mosh-pit-inducing.

The band from Orange County, California - Jesse Barnett [vocals], Andrew Rose [bass], Chris Rawson [guitar], Josh James [guitar] and Adam Galindo [drums] - provide a palpable and powerful release with eerie grooves, earth-shaking breakdowns, precise riffing and captivating hooks.

On their eighth album and Sharptone Records debut "Keep Planting Flowers", they once again channel unbridled catharsis.

"Over the last few years, we've stripped Stick To Your Guns down to the simplest and purest form of expression," notes Josh. "With the band, we're lucky enough to have an outlet for everything - whether it's our frustrations, fears and problems or the things that are close to our hearts. It's a beautiful part of life."

Over the course of 2023, the musicians carefully crafted what would become Keep Planting Flowers and recorded it with producer Beau Burchell.

"Everything just bubbled out of us," recalls Josh. "The process went smoothly because Beau is a great communicator. He was always able to make it clear to us how we could move forward, even when we were stuck. He kept things running smoothly and provided valuable input for the melodic elements. He knew us, but he also came from a different world. His perspective was invaluable."

The band initially announced this chapter with "Invisible Rain" and "Permanent Dark", stoking fans' anticipation. But Stick To Your Guns really got going with the single "Severed Forever". Under Jesse's throaty screams, accompanied by crunching guitar sounds, the drum gallop charges ahead. The drumfire breaks like a wave in a catchy chorus: "Are we evercatching up before it vanishes? Will it ever be enough? "Will we ever wake up?"
