STOFFEL 2025: jules

In the organizer's words:

The 24-year-old "jules" may be destined for pop, but the influence of alternative sounds colors her tongue-in-cheek characterization as a "wannabe rockstar in a pop-girly's body".
Inspired by the punk rock of the 2000s, Stuttgart newcomer "jules" has developed an emancipated, bold sound full of color. Between influences from pop and rock, the young musician particularly appreciates the diversity in her musical work as a songwriter. With her ambition to make bold and direct pop music, "jules" is an artist who moves in a thoughtful aesthetic both musically and visually.
With stories from the reality of her own life, she makes a confident statement with her music, brimming with empowerment and confidence.
In 2023, "jules" started playing festival stages with her new sound (e.g. Main Stage Kessel Festival, Main Stage Happiness Festival, co-headliner Haigern Live!). This summer, she played support for Lenny Kravitz at the Jazz Open 2024 and won the Gamechanger Contest, which gave her and her live band a slot on the White Stage of the famous Southside Festival.
