Work watch advises and supports works council committees and committed employees who are systematically harassed by their superiors with deliberately spread rumors, questionable warnings, unfounded dismissals, threats of recourse claims, blackmail and sometimes even the use of detectives.

"A service agreement against bullying and BOSSING is probably quite a novelty in Germany. Work-Watch has contributed to this and we hope that the employees of a large rehabilitation clinic in Baden-Württemberg will be able to better protect themselves against a particularly perfidious type of employer attack. This example could set a precedent. We would be happy to help draw up similar agreements."
