In the organizer's words:
Come along to the Strikke Gården at the Sannmann organic nursery.
In the middle of nature, among the strawberry fields, we will knit Sophie Scarfs together, enjoy refreshing, sparkling drinks and the most delicious pastries from daily dose of baking, all presented on a lovingly decorated table by toujour a table.
If you want to stretch your legs a little, you can simply pick some strawberries next door.
We will meet at 12h at the Sannmann Gärtnerei farm, the official end of the event is scheduled for 17h, snacks & drinks are included in the price.
Let's spend a hyggelig Saturday with the things that are most beautiful anyway: Nature, knitting, sweet bites, lovely people and good conversation.
Are you a newbie in the knitting game?
So you already know a few knit stitches, but you feel more confident when someone else looks at them, or would you like to brush up on your knitting skills? Or you just want to finally make a Sophie Scarf yourself, then sign up for our cozy knitting group at Strikke Gården.
Even if you just want to spend a nice day with like-minded people in a cozy atmosphere and maybe have already knitted a Sophie Scarf or two, you are very welcome.
For those of you who already have experience with the Sophie Scarf, I have prepared a striped version for an extra challenge.

I try to make all wishes possible, but sometimes colors are not available, I will provide you with a good alternative.
We are making a summer version of the Sophie Scarf in linen/cotton, this is a bit lighter and cooler and ideal for warm summer evenings.
Please don't be disappointed if the scarf isn't finished in the 3 hours, even Mette herself probably can't manage that.
You don't need to bring anything, we will provide knitting needles and wool and they are included in the price, you just need to let me know your preferred color.
It is possible that photos for social media will be taken at this event, if you do not agree, please let us know at the beginning.
This event is designed and prepared with a lot of love, we want to give all participants a nice day, so that this is possible, we need a little planning.
Therefore, tickets cannot be returned, transferring them to another person is not a problem.
If you have booked a ticket but are unable to make the date, please contact me and we will try to find an individual solution.
How to get there:
You can reach Gärtnerei Sannmann by public transport with bus lines 120, 122, 124 and 224: Timetable information of the Hamburger Verkehrsverbund (HVV) for the journey to Gärtnerei Sannmann.
From the bus stop Elversweg approx. 20 minutes on foot via Ochsenwerder Kirchendeich, Eichholzfelder Deich and then right into Ochsenwerder Norderdeich
