With the film series, we will bring the art of film, which, like cinema itself, now has a history of over 125 years, to the screen with re-screenings and in new constellations, inspire a contemporary audience for these screenings and thus exemplify the task and goal of the work of the Medienbüro Oldenburg. We use film as a medium for dealing with the present and the past. We enter into an exchange about the medium of film and show how current film history can be.
