Bands 2025:

We are very much looking forward to the postmetal/sludge veterans CRANIAL. Formed in 2014 from the ashes of OMEGA MASSIF, the Franconians celebrate "Heavy Atmospheric Sludge".

The death doom metallers MARCHE FUNÈBRE from Mechelen, Belgium, have been on the road since 2008 and are no longer unknowns. With a high number of exquisite outputs, they have greatly enriched the scene in recent years.

VOIDHAVEN were already a last-minute replacement at the first Stygian 2019. Now they have their magnificent 2023 debut album "Lithic" in their luggage and will delight us with their melancholic doom/death metal. An absolute must for all doom heads!

GOAT EXPLOSION have been playing grandiose and pretty hefty heavy stoner doom metal for years, and we really wanted to have them at the Stygian. So this year it will be a bit more dignified and less funeral-heavy than last year....

SMOKE WEAVER from Wolfsburg play stoner/doom/sludge/metal, are super likeable and a force to be reckoned with on stage.
