SUBTLY SCULPTURAL is an artist project - initiated and curated by Gerda Kruimer, Zaida Oenema and Nelleke Beltjens - with internationally active artists from Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands.

"The artworks in the SUBTLY SCULPTURAL project operate at that narrow interface where two- and three-dimensional formal language meet and enter into a certain productive conflict with one another. Their aesthetic appeal arises precisely from this tension." From a text by Dr. Peter Lodermeyer.

This is the second exhibition of SUBTLY SCULPTURAL (after Rotterdam at Studio Seine in summer 2024), but the first in Germany. Galerie r8m is proud to present works by these twenty artists:

The exhibition will be on view until March 21, 2025.
