In our 3rd Berlin Sunday Women's Circle, we will be addressing a topic that affects many of us at some point in our lives: toxic relationship patterns, i.e. dynamics in which we lose ourselves, make ourselves small or constantly doubt ourselves.
What you can expect
✨ Arrival & meditation
We start with a short mindfulness exercise to land in the here and now and connect with yourself.
💔 Reflection & personal clarity
Through guided exercises, you will shed light on your relationship patterns, gain new insights and develop a deeper understanding of your emotional dynamics. We work with impulses from personal development with a focus on self-worth, letting go and self-compassion.
🫶🏾 Sharing & Sisterhood
A safe space where you can share what moves you without pressure and with mutual empowerment.
🧘🏽♀️ For all women who...
... have similar relationship experiences again and again
... want to understand themselves better and explore new paths
... feel that emotional issues are still at work
... are looking for honest exchange, inspiration and connection among women
📍The exact location will be communicated after registration. The event will take place in Berlin PRENZLAUER BERG near U Eberswalder Str.
Secure your place via LUMA (20€ ticket): Sunday Women's Circle 27.07.
Host:
Hi, I'm Efia from Berlin. I studied psychology and am currently training to become a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy. In March this year I started hosting regular Women's Circles in Cape Town. I have been back since June and am now continuing the Sunday Women's Circles here in Berlin. With my background in psychology and my passion for personal development, I create spaces where women can feel connected, seen and empowered.
