Sunset Picknick 2024

In the organizer's words:

Chilled beats in the open air against an impressive backdrop. On September 7, 2024 , the Hoheward slagheap will once again attract everyone who wants to have a good time with sunset vibes. Enjoy the panoramic view over the Ruhr region to atmospheric electronic sounds.

The Sunset Picnic will feature a mix of local and national acts.

The free event starts at 3.00 pm and ends at 11.00 pm.

Afterwards, the SunsetPicknick after-show party will take place for the first time in the Maschinenhalle at Zeche Ewald in Herten. This is organized by Atmosphere and Motorworld and offers a follow-up techno program with DJ Child and DJ Solow, right at the foot of the Hoheward slag heap. Tickets are only available at the box office on site for 10 euros.
