SUPERIMPOSED

In the organizer's words:

KG Innenraum cordially invites you to
five individual exhibitions on five floors, superimposed, superimposed.


SUPERIMPOSED is a staging of the in-between: Between storage and appearance, between order and erosion. Each exhibition is a structure, a sedimented thinking space, a container of possibilities, departures, residues. Not a stage, but an archive. Not an overview, but a layering of what has been collected. What is archived begins to oscillate. Documents become objects, objects become signs, signs become traces. The processual seeps away, collects, emerges - or remains stowed away.

The five artistic positions do not meet head-on, but overlap. What one shows could conceal the other. What seems hidden determines the surface.
