We want to show you what you can imagine on April 11 from 18:30 in the large hall of the STRAZE.

Let the Big Band Groovties and the Lindy Hop section of Ballhaus Goldfisch whisk you away to the world of swing in the Straze ballroom.

Lindy Hop is a dance style from the 1930s in the USA, which of course includes several dance elements, but can also be danced easily with just a few basic steps. And that's exactly where our evening together starts! In a 1-hour free workshop in the STRAZE hall, you can familiarize yourself with the most important steps of Lindy Hop under expert guidance. The workshop starts at 18:30!

And to make sure your training wasn't in vain, the big band "Groovties" will be on stage from 8 p.m. with new swing-style songs, which of course go perfectly with Lindy Hop. There will be a total of 3 sets of 30 minutes with live music, with a 30-minute break in between, at least for the big band. During the breaks, of course, the music will continue to play so that the one or other basic step can be internalized again.

After the sets, Charleston and Lindy hits are played until late into the night until everyone's legs are exhausted.
