In the organizer's words:

The band "Encuentro Flamenco" has been an integral part of the Spanish evenings at MACHADO Cologne for many years and is known for bringing flamenco to the stage in its purest form. A wealth of ideas and intensive collaboration unite the members of the band.

In dealing with current flamenco influences, the formation has developed its own highly sophisticated artistic style, which draws from the sources of tradition and yet is fresh and contemporary. They present a program that is in line with the "new flamenco" without being unfaithful to its roots. It combines modern and traditional flamenco forms in terms of music and dance and presents the entire spectrum of flamenco in a contemporary and technically sophisticated way.

We look forward to a Spanish summer concert with a little vacation atmosphere.
