Printmaking Day on March 15: Guest artist FUNBOT.wtf as part of Klaus Wiesel's exhibition

On March 15, we celebrate the Day of Print making - a Germany-wide day of action to honor traditional printing techniques, which have been part of UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage since 2018.

In keeping with this occasion, Klaus Wiesel 's current exhibition presents a special guest: FUNBOT.wtf. The experimental artist operates at the interface between classic printmaking and digital art forms and will provide exciting insights into his work on this day.

For the Day of Printmaking, the Museum of Photocopying is showing works by Klaus Wiesel that focus on the creative potential of his technical staff. With "Error", Wiesel is showing typographic finds from recent years, when his printers and copiers took over the design themselves - usually without being asked. They steal the usefulness from commercial graphics. Now they are very beautiful.
