TaKeTiNa® is a circle of people in rhythmic movement - in the middle a bass drum that pulsates evenly like a heartbeat.
The body itself is the instrument: basic rhythms in the feet, contrasting clapping rhythms in the hands and varying vocal rhythms gradually lead us out of linear perception and into a state of simultaneous perception - into a relaxed, alert presence.
The inner critic loses weight as a result of the expansiveness that arises within us. You can experience what it means to learn without "right" or "wrong".
TaKeTiNa® is a form of body and consciousness work that combines knowledge and principles from music, dance, communication, brain research and chaos theory to create a new form of learning and unlearning.
What does TaKeTiNa® offer me? In addition to the benefit of rhythmic learning, participants experience the "rhythm journeys" as physically and mentally deeply relaxing and at the same time clarifying.
