It is happening! With our dance nhow tour we are traveling through the iconic nhow Hotels in Europe.

THIS IS EDEN is our legendary guided dance activation designed to connect.

These sessions follow a designed flow of science-based practices, movement and breathwork. Wearing wireless headsets, you'll be fully immersed in a sound-rich experience - guided by our voice and electronic music.

We practice while being surrounded by incredible people, banging music, and an incredible vibe. We'll move. We'll breathe. We'll laugh.

You'll leave feeling energized, light and full of life.
