For Trailer Park, tanzmainz - the dance department of Staatstheater Mainz - has teamed up with Munich-based choreographer Moritz Ostruschnjak. He works close to the pulse of the times and deals with the question of how the increasing digitalization of life affects our physical and social experience. His works use social media as a starting point for unique movement material and thus reflect social processes through dance. Feelings of being overwhelmed and fascination go hand in hand when dealing with the internet. In Trailer Park, Moritz Ostruschnjak creates his own cosmos by deliberately copying and reassembling online finds. Ten dancers on an empty stage, somewhere between the digital and analog worlds. Virtuoso, young, powerful.
