Physical Teatre - A body-oriented approach to expression, presence and playfulness
We immerse ourselves in the basics of physical theater as a creative form of expression beyond language.
Movement, dance and physical theater will be our stations.
The focus is on the perception of one's own body as an instrument for expression and communication.

Teatro Tango® - The sensual combination of dance and movement theater
Using elements of Teatro Tango®, we explore emotional depth in movement. Closeness and distance, contact and demarcation become a dynamic dance game.
This is not a couple's dance course - rather, we approach the essence of Astor Piazzolla's tango music beyond traditional dance.

Embodiment - SoloSession

For all those who not only want to understand the topics developed in the workshop, but also embody and move them further, there is the opportunity on Sunday to deepen the experiences made in an individual session (60 minutes).
The topics that are close to your heart will be named - we will sort out thoughts and then let the body speak.
Cognitive, emotional and sensory levels are connected using methods from body and energy work.
