In addition to the classic

• Simmental beef tartare (with egg, capers, potato and toasted brioche - in large and small)

... you can also expect this week:

• Salmon tartare (with peas, dill, green apple and toasted brioche)
• Eggplant tartare (with tomato, Dijon mustard, fried onions and toasted brioche)
• Watermelon t artare (with lime, elderberry and basil sorbet)
• Tatar variations (for those who can't decide)

Due to the high demand, we recommend reserving a table. Otherwise: Tatar while stocks last.

Of course, the DAS WEINHEIM crew also has the right wines to match - for an all-round successful tartare evening with friends. :-)
