Techno workouts: Combine techno music with bodyweight exercises and move to the beat between 135-155 bpm of all possible genres in techno and hard techno. Get to know your physical and mental limits with my workouts and practise your strength endurance, cardio, coordination and flexibility. Each workout has its own focus - the first one concentrates on legs and abs. It doesn't matter whether you're a fitness beginner or a long-time amateur athlete, as long as you can move without pain or injury and enjoy a challenge. Try it out, the first lesson is free. After that it costs 15 euros per person.
Please bring a yoga mat and enough to drink so that you don't have to lie on the bare floor during one or two exercises.
