Teenage Angst - an interactive, comedic reading series

Do you remember the undying love for your 9th grade crush? Or the dramatic vow to never become like your parents? Then this evening is for you!

What will happen?
A humorous reading series where brave souls share their most embarrassing teenage notebooks on stage to entertain you.

At Teenage Angst, brave guests (so maybe you?) read from their old diaries from their teenage years, when the world was either ending or perfect. There are short writing breaks between the readings: you can write suggestions for solutions or just funny comments on slips of paper - and the next person on stage will read them out.

What can be read aloud?
Readers can share anything: Poems, songs, letters, diaries, essays, stories, plays, lists, etc. - as long as it follows these rules:
✅ The work must be your own.
✅ You must have written it between the ages of 10 and 19.

Why should you come?
📖 Foreign shame & nostalgia at its finest
😂 Laughing together about the great dramas of yesteryear
✍️ Your chance to solve teen problems retrospectively (at least on paper)
