New Berlin, sometime in the future: Arkadi's employer Rio specializes in producing orders using 3D printers and delivering them immediately. The pressure is enormous: as soon as something is ordered, whether it's a games console or toothpaste, a merciless race begins between all the delivery services to deliver it as quickly as possible.

The foot soldiers of this brutal trade are the so-called bringers. Arkadi and other couriers whizz through the city on hoverboards and try to outdo their competitors by any means necessary. Because whoever loses out in the delivery business loses their job.

One day, a colleague asks him to fill in on an order. No sooner has Arkadi taken over the delivery than he has to watch his colleague die. The young courier gets caught up in a maelstrom of events from which he can barely escape: Arkadi is asked to carry out strange special assignments and his boss suddenly takes a keen interest in him. Can he deliver the mysterious deliveries before the competition's marketing drones snatch him out of the air?
