You immerse yourself in her everyday working life: between routines, data entry and surprising insights into a seemingly ordinary office. "Temping" is an immersive, interactive one-person performance that takes you to where numbers become destinies. The audience becomes part of the action and experiences an intense confrontation with the question of what remains when life is reduced to tables.

The US collective Wolf 359, founded by Michael Yates Crowley and Michael Rau, has been combining theater and technology since 2007. Since 2015, "Temping" has toured internationally - including in New York and at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, where it was repeatedly named one of the best plays at the festival. Michael Yates Crowley will come to the Residenztheater for a writing residency in 2026.
