All people should live on the street. I've learned that people are actually good. Even behind the biggest asshole façade there is often something good; very small, but it's there.

As a station bard, corner pub entertainer and activist, the native Texan has already sung and shouted his way into the hearts of countless people from the ano-nymities of homelessness, beyond the local "gutter celebrities" of Berlin.
With songs of hope in supposedly hopeless situations, songs about drug addiction, violence, mental illness, social injustice and poverty, trouble with the law, prostitution and, of course, again and again about love, the most dangerous drug of all, as he says. When the new voice of SLIME is accompanied by his peculiar guitar style, telling his lively and highly emotional stories with his distinctive voice, you immediately hear and feel: Someone is singing about REAL life!

In addition to his music, Tex has written his first book in collaboration with Christian Schlodder.
