Charles (Tim Key), an eccentric lottery winner, lives alone on secluded Wallis Island and dreams of bringing the legendary band Mortimer-McGwyer, consisting of former lovers Mortimer (Carey Mulligan) and McGwyer (Tom Basden), back on stage. He uses his fortune to lure the two musicians to an exclusive private concert at his impressive island estate. But what was planned as a harmonious comeback quickly turns into a chaos of conflict and boiling emotions as old tensions and unresolved differences between the band members come to light. As Charles works desperately to save his dream gig, he is forced to realize that music is not just about talent, but also about harmony...
