In the year 2044, emotions no longer have a place. Feelings have become obstacles that hinder productivity. Gabrielle cannot free herself from her fears and is forced to let artificial intelligence "cleanse" her of them. This process sends her on a journey through her past lives. Around 1900, Gabrielle is a pianist in Paris, in the 2010s a model in Los Angeles, always meeting Louis, who seems to be connected to her. Their encounter tells of great feelings and the difficulty of living them. THE BEAST (LA BÊTE) with Léa Seydoux is a spectacular adaptation of Henry James' short story The Beast in the Jungle, reminiscent of David Lynch.
