2025 will be a big year for The BossHoss: the band is celebrating its 20th anniversary live - with a brand new album and an exclusive release club tour. The new album "Back To The Boots" - to be released on September 19, 2025 - is a tribute to the band's own beginnings: musically, stylistically and live.

Because it all started 20 years ago on small stages, the band is taking its exclusive release tour back to the clubs where it all began. Because it is above all their authenticity paired with sweat-inducing rock and the unmistakable raw charm that captivates their audience - Back to the Roots. Back to the clubs, BACK TO THE BOOTS!

Live on stage, The BossHoss are a unique, phenomenal experience - full of energy and captivating. When the seven charismatic capital city cowboys, above all the two frontmen Alec "Boss Burns" Völkel and Sascha "Hoss Power" Vollmer, are on stage, rock'n'roll fans get their money's worth.

Even before the club tour kicks off and the album is released, The BossHoss will set off a real bomb: the first official single "I'll Be Back", featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger, will be released on May 30.

Yes, THE Arnold. The Terminator. The ex-governor. The Hollywood star. Together with The BossHoss, Schwarzenegger reinterpreted his legendary catch phrase in the studio, giving the track his iconic stamp. A song with attitude and a mission. "I'll Be Back" is more than just a gag. It is a motivational anthem, a call to tackle things, to stand up for them and to come back. The idea arose from the long-standing friendship between The BossHoss and Schwarzenegger and carries a clear message: all streaming proceeds from the song will be donated to Arnold Schwarzenegger's environmental and climate protection initiative, which the former governor of California has been committed to for decades and sets an international example every year with the "Austrian World Summit".

The live world premiere of the song will take place on June 3, 2025 at this year's "Austrian World Summit" in Vienna in front of an audience of international politicians, climate experts, entrepreneurs and the media.

With the new album "Back To The Boots", The BossHoss are returning to their musical roots in fall 2025: rougher, rawer, more honest than ever.

As a thematic prelude to the start of the pre-order phase of the new album, a first musical sign of life will be released on May 23: "On The Road Again", a cover of the Willie Nelson classic - not as a single, but as a loving, driving fan kick-off.

The BossHoss are: Boss Burns (vocals), Hoss Power (vocals, guitar), Hank Williamson (harmonica, mandolin), Russ T. Rocket (guitar), Guss Brooks (double bass), Frank Doe (drums) and Ernesto Escobar de Tijuana (percussion) - supported live for a long time by the brilliant brass section "The Tijuana Wonderbrass". Two decades ago, seven fearless musicians saddled up their trucks in Berlin, put on their Stetsons and set off with saddlebags full of rock'n'roll to rock the still unsuspecting republic. Since then, they have been storming from success to success. What once began with the cover version of the OutKast classic "Hey Ya!" from their debut album "Internashville Urban Hymns" has developed into a true cult.
