The Ghost Inside // Searching For Solace European Tour

The band's sixth album, "Searching For Solace", will be released digitally on April 19, followed by the LP/CD release on June 7. The album offers a comprehensive account of the band's history, current state and future, summarizing the highs and lows of their journey. It comes at a pivotal time in the life of The Ghost Inside.

Nearly a decade after the devastating bus crash that changed their path forever, vocalist Jonathan Vigil, guitarists Zach Johnson and Chris Davis, bassist Jim Riley and drummer Andrew Tkaczyk have gained a deep understanding of inner peace. The motto "It's the journey, not the destination" is woven throughout the album in a complex way.

"Searching For Solace" combines the expertise of metalcore with the urgency of punk and was largely produced by Dan Braunstein (Spiritbox, Dayseeker), while other tracks were engineered by Cody Quistad (Wage War), Carson Slovak and Grant McFarland (August Burns Red, Bloodywood). The album bridges the gap between more aggressive sounds and thoughtful messages, showcasing the most fundamental elements of The Ghost Inside: honesty, vulnerability, the message and the melody. "Searching For Solace" isn't afraid to tackle darker themes and expanded soundscapes, and is an essential entry in The Ghost Inside's catalog.
