The LineWalkers – A Tribute to Johnny Cash

It takes a lot of time to tell the musical legacy of a great artist. To experience this, you need one evening: The LineWalkers!

Since 2012, the five-piece band from Kiel has been playing their way deeper and deeper into the hearts of the Man in Black's fans across Germany.

The rousing live show takes the audience on a journey through the creative phases of Johnny Cash from "Walk The Line" to "Get Rhythm" and "Jackson" to "Hurt".

The unmistakable sonorous sound of the voice, the classic boom-chicka-boom sound of electric guitar, double bass and drums or the duets with Miss Anna Jones shining in the spotlight: with the LineWalkers, everything comes together to form an authentic whole that brings the spirit of Johnny Cash to life.

In all their performances, the five musicians' unbridled joy of playing, their love of detail and the dedication with which they celebrate the master's musical legacy together with the audience is evident every time. The fact that this sincere homage is not always paid seriously, but also with humor and the occasional wink, brings the shows all the closer to the original.

At the same time, the band always leaves enough room to involve the audience directly in the action. As with Johnny Cash's legendary performances, there are special songs on demand alongside the big hits, so that everyone gets their money's worth. This turns every concert into a unique interplay between band and audience, which has already brought many a hall to the boil with "Ring of Fire" or "Ghost Riders in the Sky".
